Food Connect Conference 12th & 13th September

Food Connect is a new tourism conference developed by Failte Ireland featuring expert international and domestic speakers, mouth-watering food showcases as well as panel discussions, networking opportunities and the unveiling of exclusive new findings on Irish food tourism.

It will be held at thte stunning Tankardstown House, Co. Meath on 12th and 13th September 2016.

Justin is delighted to be one of the speakers and he will be telling the story of Ballyvolane House and Bertha’s Revenge Gin and talking about ‘Tourism diversification through food and drinks in rural Ireland’.
