Justin is hugely looking forward to doing a Bertha’s Revenge Rhubarb Martini cocktail demo at the Ballymaloe May Fair at 12.30pm on Sunday, 22nd May 2022.

The Ballymaloe May Fair promises to be one of the highlights of the summer and runs as follows:

• Friday, 20th May: 5pm to 10pm
• Saturday, 21st May: 10am til Late.
• Sunday, 22nd May: 10am to 5pm.

The Ballymaloe May Fair is their newest festival is an ode to all things good food, gardening, green-living, home, health, fashion and summer fun. Lá Bealtaine is one of Ireland’s most important and ancient festivals and celebrates the beginning of summer. Traditionally a festival for optimism and renewal, Lá Bealtaine was a time filled with feasts and flowers. The Ballymaloe May Fair is a celebration of this ancient heritage… but with a few modern twists! They are putting on Cooking Demonstrations, Walks and Talks, Walled Garden Fitness Classes, Workshops for all ages, Writers Corner, Great Shopping and so much more. Drop the kids off for an hour of fun at the Children’s Activity Area. Dogs on leads are very welcome. Free entry for Children under 12.
