Although Elvis is king in this house, we do fondly remember his stay at Ballyvolane House in 2018 and we would like to congratulate him on his coronation and wish him every success in his new job!

Introducing Bertha in a can. We are delighted to launch two Bertha ready to drink offerings: the Bertha & Tonic and the Bertha Summer Cup. Attractively packaged, convenient and rather tasty. Great for picnics, parties and festivals … and of course just to have in the fridge at home for a quick thirst quencher. The Bertha & Tonic has a lovely citrus flavour with a nice hit of gin, while the Summer Cup is the perfect refreshing summer punch to enjoy on a sunny day! They’ll be in shops soon. Bertha's Revenge Crab Apple Negroni
We have been trying out some cocktail recipes with our new Bertha’s Revenge Crab Apple Gin Liqueur and we have created an utterly delicious Negroni using equal parts of our Crab Apple Gin, Campari and Carpano Antica Vermouth. The crab apple gin is sweetened with a jaggery cane sugar syrup which we infused with cloves and this sweetness perfectly balances the he bitter Campari and Carpano Antica.
