INGREDIENTS FOR 1 IRISH GARDEN COCKTAIL

• 2 shots / 50 mls Bertha’s Revenge Gin
• 1 shot / 25mls Germain Elderflower Liqueur
• 1.5 shots / 75 mls Apple juice (if possible, use cloudy apple juice from your local farm shop or farmers’ market, not from concentrate)
• Dash / 10mls fresh lime juice
• Cucumber ribbons garnish
• Ice
• Cocktail shaker
• Highball glass

METHOD

Put all the ingredients except the cucumber into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds and strain into a highball glass filled with ice. Decorate with cucumber ribbons to serve.
