As part of National Heritage Week 2024 which runs from 17th to 25th August 2024, join us at Ballyvolane House (the home of Bertha’s Revenge Gin) for our special National Heritage Week Open Gardens, Pop-up Café, Food Trucks and guided tours of the house and grounds on Sunday, 18th August 2024.

This year’s theme invites you to explore connections, routes and networks, the ways we are connected to each other through physical or cultural connections. Justin will be giving a guided tour of Ballyvolane House and grounds at 1pm and 3pm.

Explore the glorious gardens and woodland walks. Our Pop-Up Café in the barn will be serving up Barista coffees from Maher’s Coffee Roasters as well as homemade cakes and pastries.

In addition to our own Pop-up Café, we are also delighted to have some food trucks with us this year from 12.00noon to 4pm. Volcano Pizza is back again for another year and we welcome ‘Spice Genie’ for the first time. Visitors can also enjoy local craft beers, ciders, spirits with lunch including our very own Bertha’s Revenge Gin which is distilled on-site.

We will have a Bertha’s Revenge Gin stall selling the full herd of Bertha’s Revenge Gin to take home.

Dogs are welcome too.
