Gorgeous 🎥 by Joleen Cronin of a storytelling evening curated by Jane Gormley, founder of Craicly Stories at Ballyvolane House last week. This event was part of Feast - East Cork Food & Drink Festival.

Huge thanks to the all the speakers, Rory O’Connell (global culinary superstar and co-founder of Ballymaloe Cookery School), Chris Braganza (Spice Genie), Mary Sharpe (Irish Gourmet Butter), Peter Twomey (Glenbrook Farm Cork) and Barry Fitzgerald (Fitzgerald’s Family Butchers, Fermoy) for giving us their valuable time and sharing their inspiring stories with us.

Everyone sipped Bertha’s Revenge Gin tipples on arrival, supper was served in the house and the storytelling was held in the hay barn. After the talks, everyone moved into the bar in the barn for pints and chats. House Chef Chris Jeffery prepared a delicious supper using ingredients from the garden and farm.
