Munster Wine & Dine Circle
We hosted the Munster Wine & Dine Circle here last Sunday for a tour of the distillery followed by a spot of lunch afterwards. It was a cold by sunny day, the crowd was enthusiastic and fun and a Bertha tipple added a little colour to the cheeks. Here is a lovely account of the day by Cork Billy in his blog. Thank you MWDC for coming and thanks to Billy Lyons for blogging. We really enjoyed having them all here.

Ireland v All Blacks
We are still pinching ourselves. We were visting NYC and Chicago last week as we were bringing Bertha’s Revenge Gin state-side. We met up with some old school friends in Chicago and one of them got us tickets to watch Ireland beat the All Blacks for the first time ever at the magnificent stadium Soldier Field in Chicago. It took 111 years but it was worth the wait. It was a fantastic sporting occasion and the huge number of Irish supporters created a wonderful atmosphere. The Chicago Cubs won the baseball World Series on the Thursday of the same week for the first time in 108 years. The good people of Chicago were in jubilant form all weekend and gave us a wonderful welcome. It was also election week in the US. Epic match, epic week. Massive thanks to Natasha for hosting us for the weekend.

GINGERLINEGIN.COM review of Bertha
One of the best reviews of Bertha yet. We are delighted, thank you!
“It really is the smoothness of the thing that makes it so wonderful, so rich and almost creamy in its texture.”
