Bertha pops-up at The Irish Whiskey Museum Dublin on Thursday, 26th July
Ballyvolane House Spirits Company bring Bertha’s Revenge Small Batch Milk Gin to Dublin for a special B&T (Bertha’s & Tonic) tasting at the Irish Whiskey Museum.
A hand-crafted gin which uses whey alcohol from Irish dairy farmers, the natural spring water from Ballyvolane House and incorporating an interesting mix of 18 locally foraged and grown botanicals, Bertha’s Revenge is designed to celebrate the life of a very special cow. On Thursday July 26th, co-founder Antony Jackson will guide guests through the history of Bertha - a Guinness World Record-holder as the oldest cow ever recorded, passing away just three months short of her 49th birthday – along with tips on how to make the perfect B&T.
