Massive thanks to Gemma Tipton for writing about Ballyvolane House (the home of Bertha’s Revenge Gin) in the Irish Times. The article coincides with National Heritage Week which is a celebration of Ireland’s built heritage.

Justin and Jenny took over the reins from Justin’s parents Jeremy and Merrie twenty years ago and the article looks back at how Ballyvolane House has evolved during this time. Preserving historic houses in important work and we were delighted to have had an opportunity to share our story with Gemma. She has captured the spirit(s) of the place perfectly (in terms of our ethos and in terms of the other kind of spirit…Bertha’s Revenge Gin).
