Happy St. Patrick's Day
Wishing you all a very happy St. Patrick’s Weekend!
On St. Patrick’s Day, we celebrate being Irish. And what better way to do so than sipping a Bertha’s Revenge Rhubarb Martini?
An Irish brand through and through; we, at Berthas Revenge will be celebrating our Irish roots, our Irish ingredients and our inspiration, Bertha the world’s oldest cow from Kerry.
On this St. Patrick’s Day, we entice you to include our Irish charm in your celebrations with one our favourite spring cocktails, Bertha’s Revenge Rhubarb Martini.
As you slide down the bannisters of life, may the splinters never point the wrong way.
Lá Fhéile Pádraig sona duit agus Sláinte!

Gin: A Tasting Course by Anthony Gladman
Just picked up a copy of this fabulous book ‘Gin: A Tasting Course’ by Anthony Gladman published by DK Living UK. It is beautifully laid out and informs the reader about how gin is made and some background on how flavour works. He has reviewed over 100 gins by taste (including Bertha) and it is one of the best books on gin we have come across.
We are delighted the book features Bertha, thank you Anthony! In good company too.
In all good bookshops now.

The Times ‘Why we need girls’ weekends away — and where to go for yours’ by Lucy Perrin
“A proper catch-up with old friends is the ultimate refresher.”
We are delighted our home Ballyvolane House is included in their pick of places to book. Bertha gets a nice mention too.
Many thanks to Lucy Perrin who wrote the article for The Times.
